Requirements

• Serve as the primary advisor on AFC laws globally
• Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments
• Lead the design and implementation of AFC risk assessments, testing, and monitoring programs
• Provide AFC compliance support for real estate transactions
• Develop and deliver AFC and anti-fraud training programs
• Represent AFC compliance in executive committees
• Collaborate with PIMCO’s AFC compliance teams
• Manage regulatory audits and oversee remediation efforts
