PT Nurse Practitioner - Reno

We're expanding our model for caring for seniors that provides high-quality, comprehensive in-home healthcare services to seniors all across Northern Nevada.

Requirements

• Current Nevada APRN license, credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid and health plans PPH is actively contracted with (Senior Care Plus, Prominence, OPTUM,)
• Minimum two years experience in specialty care area (Geriatrics) in private physician office, clinic setting or community-based program preferred
• Demonstrates clinical competence including strong communications skills and medical knowledge
• Remains current in licensure according to state regulation
• Positively represents the practice by communicating to all visitors, patients and staff in an enthusiastic, friendly and professional manner
• Participates in Continuing Medical Education as required by their governing board
