Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in new markets or territories.
- Mastery of Spanish (written and spoken). Preferably native with an understanding of the culture and geography of the region.
- Experience in researching and developing new market opportunities and creating a regional portfolio.
- Experience in creating and managing key customer relationships.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and CRM systems.
- Proactive, motivated, and able to take responsibility for a region and work independently.
- Results-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset, with good planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Availability to travel within Spain as needed.
