Job Description
PineBridge Investments is seeking a Quantitative Research Consultant to work with our Equities Quant group for the summer or the fall semester. This individual will work with the investment and IT teams to automate systems and share input for improving our research processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited PhD program
- Experience with traditional and machine learning models
- Hands on experience with managing structured and unstructured data – Python/R, SQL
- Standout research skills and an interest in data, research, and programming
- Available to work full- or part-time for the summer or fall
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong project management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- A positive and professional attitude
- Must be pro-active, self-motivated, outspoken, and well-organized
