Project Coordinator, Youth Services & Innovation

The Project Coordinator, Youth Services & Innovation will lead all activities associated with the Systems Innovation project, using a human-centred design lens and an innovation-driven approach. The successful candidate will step into an initiative already in progress and be responsible for rapidly building situational awareness, leading the continued research, co-design, testing, and evaluation of programs and services for youth, and managing partner relationships.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in a social science, education, community development, public administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience (youth programming, research/evaluation, community development, or social work)
• Experience coordinating projects in a community or multi-partner environment
• Strong knowledge of Human-Centred Design concepts and comfort applying HCD tools in co-designing, testing, and evaluation activities
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
