We are seeking a Staff Research Scientist / Principal Deep Learning Scientist to advance cutting-edge AI research. This senior individual contributor role involves leading technical innovation, shaping research strategies, and building and deploying models. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep curiosity, research experience, and hands-on expertise in neural networks.

Requirements

• Expertise in LLMs, reasoning architectures, generative modalities, or mechanistic interpretability
• Motivated by research depth and impact
• Experience as a Senior/Staff/Principal Researcher at a top-tier AI lab
• Experience as a faculty member at a leading AI research institution
