Job Description
PingWind is seeking a Cyber Incident Response Tier III Analyst to support their VA customer in Martinsburg, WV or Austin, TX. The role involves in-depth forensics and root cause analysis, handling escalation tickets, performing post-incident analysis, developing playbooks, and collaborating with other teams. It's a full-time position based in-site.
Requirements
- In-depth forensics and root cause analysis for alerts and incidents
- Handling Tier 2 ticket escalations and delivering actionable recommendations
- Update playbooks and monitor security analytics
- Maintain accurate incident response documentation
- Lead and actively participate in incident investigation
- Monitoring security alerts and triage alerts
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
