Job Description
Pinhome is looking for Category Management Interns to join immediately and support the Growth Strategy & Operations team. The internship will offer an opportunity to learn end-to-end category ownership from research and market benchmarking to operational improvement and partner management.
Requirements
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support category growth and new product development.
- Help project manage ongoing and new growth initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support supply-demand balance analysis and category performance tracking through data monitoring and dashboards.
- Assist in designing and evaluating service provider (SP) incentive programs, pricing strategies, and quality improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly category performance reports, summarizing key metrics, insights, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, ops, and product teams to execute initiatives that drive order volume and service quality.
