Civil Litigation Attorney position for 100% remote work in New Jersey/New York with a competitive salary of 130k-190k and annual bonuses. The firm offers full benefits, unlimited PTO, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- 100% remote work or hybrid remote work (2-3 days/week)
- Manage and oversee a comprehensive caseload
- Identify, research, and analyze complex legal issues
- Regularly communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
- Take and defend depositions, represent clients in arbitration proceedings, and argue motions
