Administrator / Programme Support

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused administrator to be the welcoming face and operational backbone of our Taupō office. The role is dynamic, varied, and essential to keeping our multi-disciplinary team running smoothly.

Requirements

• IT savvy, familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and confident picking up new systems.
• Previous administrative and/or customer service experience beneficial.
• Broad administrative knowledge and skills.
• Proven ability to use initiative and manage own workload.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Highly organised with ability to multi-task.
• Proactive in looking for ways to improve systems/processes.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Competency setting up and using video conferencing such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• Adaptable, flexible and solutions-focused.
• Hold a current full driver’s licence.
