Job Description
Pinnacle Live is seeking an On-Call Generalist & Specialty Event Services Technician to assist with floor operations at a hotel or hospitality environment. The role involves setup, operation, and delivery of technology solutions for events, ensuring excellent customer service and upholding company standards.
Requirements
- Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.
- Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions for equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s business systems.
- Review daily invoices with client and obtain client’s signature on invoice(s) for payment.
- Ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition.
- Ensure any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment is immediately reported.
