Requirements

• Ensure the completion of patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other essential documentation
• Provide patients with orientation and counseling
• Assure each patient is assessed and placed according to the treatment phases
• Counsel patients in crisis situations and arrange referrals to other agencies and resources
• Perform treatment plan reviews and submit statistical reports
