Job Description
Pinterest is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead the architecture of ad ML Training infrastructure. This role involves mentoring engineers, building ML systems, acting as a technical quality assurance leader, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-performance systems and providing excellent team and technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science or equivalent).
- 2+ years of management experience, or tech lead experiences in 8+ people team.
- 8+ years of experience in leading the design of large-scale & production ML infra systems and Model Training framework.
- Deep knowledge with building distributed systems or recommendation infrastructure.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator.
- Strong people development skills.
