Job Description
Pinterest is seeking a Lead Agency Partner to drive ecosystem growth by managing and expanding the service scopes of their network of sales/reseller partners. This role involves building strong relationships with partners, providing resources and support, and ensuring revenue growth through effective enablement strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular communication with partners are key components.
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital advertising sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of reseller/agency or vendor management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
- Fluency in business Mandarin and English
- Comfortable with 30% of business travel
