Job Description
Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Residential Treatment Specialist (RTS) to provide physical care and implement programming to assist residents with their individual treatment plans. The RTS will be responsible for supervising and monitoring resident movement, activity, and rule compliance, and providing written documentation of observations as input to the resident's Individual Treatment Plan.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain Agency Affiliated Counselor (WAC 246-810-015, and RCW 18.19.210) within 60-days from the date of hire
- First Aid/CPR certification before first independent shift
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet navigation
