Job Description
Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Residential Treatment Specialist (On-Call) with a passion for human services to provide physical and behavioral care to residents with substance use disorder. This on-call role supports the Behavioral Health Division by implementing program activities and ensuring quality chemical dependency services. The position involves daily shifts, resident assessment, and facilitating services, aiming to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Agency Affiliated Counselor certification (WAC 246-810-015 and RCW 18.19.210) within 60 days
- First Aid/CPR certification
- High level of written/verbal communication and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet navigation
