Job Description
Pioneer is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant to join a fast-paced team, collaborating with clients to solve complex business problems and deliver exceptional results. The role involves aligning with clients, engaging them in data analysis, designing solutions, executing projects, and maintaining data-informed decisions. The company values strong analytical skills, communication, and teamwork.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant data analytics experience
- 1+ year experience in a business or functional role (sales, operations, HR, finance, marketing, etc.)
- Consulting or internal consulting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to tell compelling data stories with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and/or D3.js
- Experience building low-code apps
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
- Comfort handling ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- Strong client problem-solving skills
