Principal Consultant, People & Talent

We're looking for a Principal Consultant to join our team at Pioneer Management Consulting. You'll work with clients to solve critical business challenges and foster environments where individuals and teams can thrive. As a leader, you'll build and shape the Talent & People capability and establish a collaborative, supportive community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in external consulting or industry
• 10+ years of experience developing and leading workforce modernization, people strategy, or organizational design initiatives
• Strong experience implementing best-in-class organizational design, workforce planning, and change management solutions
• Experience in business development and proposal development
• Proven track record of delivery; results-oriented with strong coordination, execution, and follow-up skills
