Senior Consultant, Strategic Sourcing

At Pioneer, you'll work directly with executive teams, solving complex problems and shaping strategies that reset what's possible. You'll support and execute sourcing initiatives through the full sourcing lifecycle, while integrating seamlessly with project controls, engineering, and construction delivery.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain, operations or commercial strategy
• Experience supporting sourcing, contract development, or supplier management
• Strong analytic and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
• Experience working in cross-functional project environments
