Production Supervisor - Andozing

The Production Supervisor is responsible for helping the division achieve its goals by engaging employees, promoting a culture of safety, and optimizing the production process.

Requirements

• 5 years of Strong Leadership experience in a labor-intensive production/manufacturing environment
• Preferred Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
• Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely, creative manner
