Customer Support Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Account Management & Customer Success team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, who is willing to learn and grow with our company. As a member of our team, you will provide direct customer support via phone, email, and chat, and work collaboratively with other support specialists to resolve customer questions and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to stay updated with changing industry and financial market trends
• Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in financial markets or services
• Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency
• Prioritization skills to handle high call volume in parallel with project work
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• Authorization to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship
