Engineering Manager, AI & ML

PitchBook is looking for an Engineering Manager, AI & ML to execute the company’s AI and machine learning initiatives and drive unique value for customers through the speed, quantity, quality, and discoverability of data in the PitchBook Platform using AI technologies, ML models, and data algorithms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI & ML technologies
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing individual contributors
• Strong expertise in NLP and machine learning, with hands-on experience in classifiers, large language models (LLMs), and other NLP techniques
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) systems or services at scale
