Job Description
This Financial Analyst position will support the broader organization with manufacturing processes, financial reporting, cost analysis, and budgeting. The role involves assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, variance analysis, budget/forecast development, and support for various audits. It requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with leadership.
Requirements
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and analysis.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
- Support the development and tracking of budgets and forecasts.
- Support leadership in coordinating and reporting budgeting / forecasting.
- Participate in a variety of audits (financial, IT, inventory, etc.)
- Perform period end close activities.
- Support various ad hoc requests from the finance leadership team.
