Stationary Engineer

The Stationary Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of physical plant systems. They will plan, assign, and perform physical plant operations, and have discretion regarding day-to-day maintenance and repair decisions.

Requirements

• High school or technical school diploma preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a building/operating engineer
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and competitive purchasing required
• Effective written and verbal communication, computer proficiency, and strong attention to detail
• Experience in at least one specialty (HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical) highly preferred
