Job Description
Pivotal is seeking a Senior Grants Manager to manage the end-to-end grantmaking process, collaborate with the Program Strategy team, and ensure compliance with philanthropic grant rules. The role requires deep expertise in grant administration, regulatory considerations, and operational excellence. This position focuses on scaling successful ideas and catalyzing innovation in the philanthropic sector.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in grants administration support in the philanthropic sector or equivalent training.
- Understanding of grant process and regulatory compliance for private foundations.
- Experience with client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and systems needed for the role.
- Fluency in use of systems to support grantmaking.
