Job Description
Manage market planning team, interact with Director Franchise Development, and direct real estate and market planning team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop growth plans for new restaurants, define trade area and site selection criteria, and manage relationships with franchisees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in real estate or related field
- Proven track record of success in real estate planning and site selection
