Exterior Repair Technician

This Exterior Home Repair Technician position focuses on completing exterior home maintenance and repair projects, including roofing, siding, doors, and windows. The technician is responsible for sales, ordering materials, installation/repair, work order completion, and customer communication. It's a hybrid position requiring consistent foot travel to customer locations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience installing and repairing windows, doors, siding, roofing, and gutters
• Ability to operate a brake, bending of metal siding
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Sense of urgency
• Organized
• Detail oriented
• Valid driver license
• Lifting and carrying equipment, materials and supplies
• Climbing ladder
• Frequent standing, walking, forward bending, lifting, carrying, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, balancing, driving, grasping, pinching
