Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bathroom or residential remodeling
• Proficient in all aspects of bathroom installation, including plumbing and electrical work
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
