Job Description

They are seeking a Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships to source and manage managed real estate properties, expanding their portfolio and collaborating with regional developers and investors. This role involves partnership management, strategic planning, and sales efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in multifamily brokerage, investment, development, or asset management
- Deep network of senior contacts in a high-demand market
- Experience negotiating complex financial models
- Strong business writing & communication skills
