Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, communications, hospitality, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within multi-family real estate or a similar environment
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in successful multi-department leadership in the multi-family industry
- Proven track record of operational and financial success with a customer-focus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
