Job Description
This role involves providing excellent customer service to Commercial customers through query management, invoicing, and credit control. Agents will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and contributing to team collaboration.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience working in an office environment with customer interaction
- Understanding of accounting systems
- Good communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organised and diplomatic
- Good team player
- Proven ability to work to targets and timelines
