Job Description
The Financial Controller will lead financial activities, including strategy and planning, quarterly reports, and cost analyses. They will drive cost reduction initiatives and ensure operational reporting accuracy. This role involves providing financial guidance to leadership and contributing to a structured NPI approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) or MBA (plus)
- 10+ years of financial experience
- Manufacturing and costing experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Strong business acumen and business partnering skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
