Job Description
Reporting directly to the Senior People Operations Generalist, this is a busy and varied role that involves creating and delivering on the people strategy, providing full people management service, and gaining exposure to all aspects of the full employee life-cycle.
Requirements
- A degree or qualification in HR or a related discipline is desirable.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a People Operations Generalist role.
- Working knowledge of employment law required.
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office software essential including advanced Excel skills.
