Job Description
The Regional Manager will work with Depot/warehouse managers to maintain high service standards, providing excellent customer service and operational performance. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and analytical skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. The manager will focus on achieving consistent service delivery and system compliance.
Requirements
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline
- Track record of implementing company policies and procedures
- Proven track record of delivering a strong and sustained control and operational performance within a depot
- Track record in improving compliance within a system
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collate data in an organised manner
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Flexible to travel extensively
- Be self-motivated
