Job Description
This Service Sales Engineer role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with installed-base customers, promoting services, and ensuring full comprehension of customer needs. The role focuses on proactively educating the customer base about services, developing sales strategies, and ensuring strong business relationships. Candidates should be proactive, outgoing, and knowledgeable about power systems and security.
Requirements
- Technical qualification (engineering degree preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience with some sales experience in electrical engineering
- Active listening and strong communication skills
- Cold calling and social selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
