Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution of high-impact paid campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Manage multi-million-dollar media budgets and define targeted messaging and audience segments to evolve the company narrative across the full funnel.

Requirements

• Define Plaid’s digital marketing strategy across varying campaign types
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels
• Operationalize paid media budget, managing investment and performance against pipeline goals
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to ensure digital marketing performance translates into actionable pipeline and revenue
• Establish and execute a test-and-learn and optimization roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
• Measure, analyze, and communicate performance, connecting digital results to business impact
• Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for digital marketing at Plaid, shaping how the program scales
