Requirements

• Gain a deep understanding of both processes and overall function of the Operations Management System (OMS) including execution of the Plan-Do-Check-Adjust cycle.
• Regulatory requirements and industry best practices as they pertain to Plains and management systems.
• Tools and methodologies for managing OMS activities.
• Management system activities including annual planning and management review.
• Different types of assurance activities.
• Maintenance and oversight of gaps/findings and initiatives related to the OMS.
• How to run an effective meeting (prepare, facilitate, minutes).
• How to analyze data and compile reports for leadership.
• Tackle ad-hoc analytical assignments and reporting, gaining versatile analytical experience.
• A continuous improvement mindset.
