Requirements
- Support the coordination, management, and execution of environmental site assessment, remediation, and reclamation projects.
- Coordinate field schedules with Remediation Inspectors.
- Track and manage project budgets.
- Participate in project management and staff planning meetings.
- Review project documentation and communications.
- Compile, interpret, and communicate technical field data.
- Prepare project status updates and maintain the NR Project Tracking List.
- Organize and maintain project files and documentation.
- Conduct project file reviews to gather site specific remediation data.
- Support compliance with the Plains Remediation Process and HSE policies.
- Interface with internal departments, vendors, and consultants to support project activities.
- Perform administrative duties such as data compilation and project tracking.
- Prepare and deliver an end-of-term presentation summarizing key findings, learnings, and accomplishments.
