As the Country Lead Spain, you will build plancraft's Spanish business from the ground up, defining the local strategy, building and leading the first local team, and making critical calls on growth priorities. You will lead the market entry and scale-up, shape the local playbook and GTM motion, build the first local GTM team, drive local trust and market credibility, and operate hands-on where needed.
Requirements
- Experience building or scaling a B2B SaaS business for SMB customers
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create clarity, prioritize thoughtfully, and move forward in new-market situations
- Strong hands-on commercial experience with confidence in customer conversations, sales processes, and early operational topics
- Analytical and commercially grounded with the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to hire and develop small cross-functional teams
- Spanish language proficiency at C1/C2 level
