Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support the club's operations and contribute to a positive member experience. The role involves leading team members, resolving customer concerns, managing inventory, and ensuring a judgement-free environment. This is a first-time role for the person in the position and offers the chance to be a part of a supportive and growing team.
Requirements
- 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment (preferred)
- 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading a team (preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Compliance with all applicable health and safety policies
