Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide excellent customer service and enhance the member experience. This role involves greeting members, answering questions, resolving concerns, promoting the Judgement Free Zone®, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment (preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds
