Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a Shift Leader to lead a team, maintain a judgment-free environment, and provide exceptional member experiences. This full-time position involves daily operations, coaching, and upholding club policies. The ideal candidate will be passionate, reliable, and dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of the community.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Proven background leading others
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
