Shift Leader

Planet Fitness is seeking a full-time Shift Leader to lead their peers and support the business daily. The Shift Leader will protect the club's Judgement Free Zone®, coach team members, and manage daily operations. Responsibilities include member experience, task completion, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and professional environment. This role is a part of a supportive team focused on member wellbeing and creating engaging experiences.
