Job Description
Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated JIRA Certified Systems Engineer to join their team. The role involves analyzing system requirements, building system architectures, implementing configurations, and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will work on-site 5 days a week, hold and maintain a Top Secret Clearance, and contribute to the deployment of Microsoft Consulting Services to government organizations.
Requirements
- Analyze system requirements and ensure integration of hardware, software, and network components.
- Build and develop system architectures, engineering plans, and technical documentation.
- Implement and manage system configurations, security protocols, and operating environments.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and application software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Perform system upgrades and migrations.
- Create and maintain documentation, including diagrams and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and federal IT standards.
- Test, integrate, and validate system activities.
