Job Description
Planet is a space company focused on creating constellations of imaging satellites and using a cloud-based platform to deliver data to government, commercial, and humanitarian sectors. They are seeking an experienced RF/MW Engineer to develop radio and antenna systems for next-generation communication. The role requires physical presence in San Francisco, CA, and involves working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- BSEE degree or MS/PhD preferred
- 6+ years of engineering excellence in RF/MW systems design
- Sound fundamentals in RF/MW, electromagnetics, and signal processing
- Proven track record of RF/MW circuit design, component selection and evaluation
- Extensive lab experience with RF/MW and mixed-signal board bring up, characterization and test using various RF, MW, Analog and Digital test equipment
- Excellent documentation, presentation and communication skills
