Job Description
We are hiring a Superintendent to join our maintenance team. The role involves inspecting equipment, performing basic repairs or preventative maintenance, and maintaining daily records of work performed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in a similar role (Building Superintendent/Building Engineer)
- CPO License REQUIRED
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Related degree from a technical college
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
- Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary
