Health Center Manager

Planned Parenthood Great Plains is seeking a full-time Health Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their health center and patient services. The manager will be responsible for maintaining high patient satisfaction, clinic productivity, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. They also oversee financial tasks, manage staff, and ensure efficient billing and data collection.

Requirements

• Supervise all Family Planning functions and staff.
• Monitors clinic flow and strive to maximize efficiencies.
• Assures staff and company compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations relating to family planning services.
• Assures accurate completion of clinic visit records.
• Audits and maintains accurate clinic and facility records.
• Handles general information calls.
• Ensures adequate staff training.
• Oversees cash handling and bank deposits.
• Generates end of month reports.
• Monitors inventory of clinic supplies and medications.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of teamwork.
• Effectively models customer service
• Assesses and addresses patient complaints.
