The Senior Revenue Cycle Data Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing revenue cycle data, optimizing processes, and providing insights that drive financial performance. This position requires a blend of technical skills, business acumen, and a passion for improving healthcare operations.

Requirements

• Analyzing and interpreting revenue cycle data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Creating exception reports, missing charge reports, and other operational reports.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitoring payer performance and reimbursement trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assisting in the development of financial models to project revenue and optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Preparing and presenting data findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex information.
• Staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact revenue cycle operations.
