Requirements
- Analyzing and interpreting revenue cycle data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Creating exception reports, missing charge reports, and other operational reports.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitoring payer performance and reimbursement trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assisting in the development of financial models to project revenue and optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Preparing and presenting data findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of complex information.
- Staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact revenue cycle operations.
