Job Description
The Reproductive Health Assistant is responsible for basic duties related to medical and clerical tasks within the Health Center. They provide patient care, communicate with patients and staff, maintain patient records, and assist with insurance claims and quality assurance. This role works under the supervision of the Health Center Manager and requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in all duties related to patient care, including registration, front desk duties, financial assistance, and communication.
- Complete required training in patient access, clinical support, and in-this-together values.
- Demonstrate commitment to PPIL core values and commitment to being part of the team.
