Regional Director of Health Center Operations

Regional Director of Health Center Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of health centers, ensuring each center is high-functioning and delivering exceptional care and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a health-related field
• 5+ years of experience supervising teams of 10+ people in a healthcare environment
• 5+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting with strong knowledge of healthcare issues and policies
• 5+ years of experience analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
• 5+ years of experience impacting patient flow efficiencies and patient experience
• Master's Degree in Business Management, Health Care Administration or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience managing multiple locations and/or programs (preferred)
